Blue Bucket Fitness welcomes people of all ages, our speciality is those over forty, because owner & coach Janet Bowden (JB) understands the fitness challenges of this age bracket.

Blue Bucket Fitness operate from a fitness studio based in North Ward, and offers individually-tailored fitness plans which are designed specifically to your goals. The airconditioned, boutique studio means you can train one-on-one in a comfortable environment, without having to share your space with other gym-goers. You’ll find the experience welcoming and supportive. With Blue Bucket Fitness the focus is on YOU and only you.
If you’re an early bird, we can definitely cater for you with early time slots available. Prefer arvos? That’s ok too.
At Blue Bucket we want to give our clients our full attention, so we don’t offer bootcamps, or small group training. We prefer to stay in our lane by giving you our full focus. This also means we’ll remember the stuff you share. We’ll also record your lifts and achievements, optimise your fitness plans based on your recovery, current results and mobility, and we will also be your greatest cheer squad.
For those of you who do like to train with a buddy. Partner options with ONE additional person will be considered on request.
